Update/cleanup AtlasPyFwdBwdPorts 

- Update pyflakes to latest version
- Add flake8
- Remove .gz files that were no longer being built

Remove the following obsolete packages:
- abc: defaut in python 2.6
- argparse: default in python 2.6
- iterutils: no updates since 2010 and nobody is using it (according to LXR)
- hgsvn: we don't use mercurial nor svn
- ordereddict: replaced by collections.OrderedDict in python 2.6
