updata CMakeLists of InDetV0Finder in order to exactly match 21.2 (https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/blob/21.2/InnerDetector/InDetRecAlgs/InDetV0Finder/CMakeLists.txt) wrt. the split into atlas_add_library and atlas_add_component for passing the 21.0 nightlies.
