Remove ZDC_SimuDigitization/ZDC_DigitizationToolBox.h, src/ZDC_DigitizationToolBox.cxx - code merged into ZDC_PileUpTool. ZDC_SimuDigitization/ZDC_PileUpTool.h, src/ZDC_PileUpTool.cxx - merge in ZDC_DigitizationToolBox and add processAllSubEvents method to be used in Algorithm-based digitization. Use AthMsgStreamMacros and remove deprecated syntax. Further code sharing between the two approaches may be possible. Rename src/ZDC_DigitTop.cxx to src/ZDC_DigiTop.cxx. ZDC_SimuDigitization/ZDC_DigiTop.h, src/ZDC_DigiTop.cxx - convert into a skeleton Algorithm which calls ZDC_PileUpTool::processAllSubEvents to do the actual digitization. src/components/ZDC_SimuDigitization_entries.cxx - add missing entries for ZDC_PileUpTool. cmt/requirements - tidy up requirements.
