The variable was named num_femcc_errwords, which only makes sense for the
read-out system of FE-I3 based components. "num_errwords" is more consistent and
avoids confusion when the function is used for FE-I4 components as well.

This boolean array is checked for all categories that contain errors from the
FEs, which is: truncation, sync, SEU, timeout and optical.

The array m_nActive_mod counts individual FEs for IBL. Since this array is used
for normalisation, but we only have hits/errors on a per-module basis, we need
to double-count hits for the 2D IBL modules to get correct normalisation.
