4 recover

• After the merge request !5 (merged), the development of the branch 4-split-hlt-run2 continue.
• July 8, 2015 the branch was almost complete with the basic functionalities for the Early measurements.
• The branch was merged in the master one, allowing a re-basing and then destroy.
• At the end of this procedure the latest development disappear!
• A new branch, 4-recover, has been created to recover the code lost.
