Rich - add vertical (Y) offset of +10mm to the Rich2 detector plane position.

This MR introduces an offset of +10 mm in Y position of the Rich2 photodetector plane. This offset results in a more symmetric photon hit distribution and, thus, also slightly reduces the peak occupancy in Rich2. This change has no significant impact on the PID performance.
