@desimone, this is a straight forward conversion of https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-conddb/SIMCOND/-/blob/72e2018cc04c24581d3ec93e3155f421b4dcff78/Conditions/Muon/ReadoutConf/ChamberGrid.xml to YAML

Let me know if it looks OK for you (formatting might be tuned).
