The magnet polarity used for fills from 9651 to 9654 was wrong (opposite). At OPG, it was agreed to fix the values for those runs for the benefit of Hlt2, Sprucing, etc. (see https://indico.cern.ch/event/1420241/#13-data-with-wrong-magnet-cond). This tag flags the conditions as they were seen at the time by Hlt1, before the fix.
