Replace hlt2_pp_thor_without_UT with hlt2_pp_2024 throughput test

• run Moore_hlt2_pp_thor for master and on 2024-patches only by request
• run Moore_hlt2_pp_2024 on 2024-patches
• drop Moore_hlt2_pp_thor_withoutUT (it's covered by hlt2_pp_2024)
• run MooreOnline_hlt2_pp_2024_data on 2024-patches

Goes with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!419 (merged) and lhcb/MooreOnline!429 (merged)
