Remove Boole(master) from 2024-patches

As a number of Boole tests (constantly) fail having Boole from master in the 2024-patches slot causes problems as the Ref Bot often trips up over this and fails to run, which makes the maintainer's job of creating ref updates for 2024-patches MRs much more complicated and time consuming. See lhcb-rta/reference-update-bot#20 for more details.

Until such a time as the ref bot doesn't have problems with this, remove Boole from 2024-patches.
