Creating nightly slot for testing Moore v55r11p4-patches

Nightly slot for testing additional patch for MC Block 1 and 2 patch release, only Moore has to be patched (v55r11p4-patches)

@clemenci (maybe also @rmatev or @dpopov could know), for MC release I need to patch only Moore, so my idea what would be fix all other projects on released version without need to create a new branch.

Would that work or is it better to still create another test branch for now and they remove it?

Slot works, but for some reason DBASE packages are not included in the build, resulting into failing tests.

Try specifying it explicitly, e.g. for PRConfig add DBASE(packages=[Package('PRConfig', 'HEAD')]).

For all other slots DBASE is automatically added by this line: !1265 (diffs)

Maybe there is a problem I disabled so many projects, so trying just specify exact branch in a fix attempt at !1266 (merged)

DBASE is there present in the slot, and is set up per configuration: only PRConfig is included. If you need more packages from DBASE, you should explicitly specify them.
