Change platform to DD4HEP when running bw test on SMOG data

The SMOG2 test is already broken on master currently, so at worst all this does is break it further, so I propose this is merged so that we can run a CI test job on the new platform.

@dpopov I see you merging things here recently. Could you merge this one please?
