new scheme of throughput testing
This MR modernises the throughput testing. The new setup will produce the maximum throughput values obtained in 5 scenarios:
together with the profile visualised using flame graphs. See e.g. here.
In addition, for the CutWithFit scenario, the scaling test will be run to produce throughput vs level of parallelisation plot.
@chasse this will schedule the throughput tests on x86_64-centos7-gcc7-opt and x86_64+avx2+fma-centos7-gcc7-opt, on lhcb-head. Do we want lhcb-test-throughput as well?
