Use dirac command instead of python methods

Set to /lhcb/prdata/zips

added docs directory, changes the uploaded_test to uploaded(dirac storage element folder to read the uploaded results)

sendToDB.py now uses Dirac StorageElement to send the results to the server. In order someone to use this script must have a lhcb certificate and using his certificate must generate a proxy using the lhcb-proxy-init command

new gaussHandler handler added, small changes to collectRunResults, os.chdir(saved_directory) to make sure that the path is the correct in case some handler did os.chdir and didnt change back

now sendToDB can also upload results to the server via http post, added poster module which is used for uploading results to the server, more documentation is coming in the new README files

added sendToDB to send the zip results file to the database, added function to collectRunResults to automatically send the results to the database if wanted
