[RTADPA BW tests] Cleanup copying of HLT2 BW test output -> eos & allow overwrite

• Cleanup logging after !267 (merged)
• Only save output to current_hlt2_output/ directory. I was previously interested if you could save to a new directory, which clearly you can, and now I think we should just put everything we need for the BW tests in this directory to be neat.
• Add -f flag to the eos copying so it can overwrite

Hi @rjhunter, this looks good to me, no comments here just one question on the linked MR.

I'll rebase the previous-hlt2 sprucing test MRs to include these changes once they're merged .

Local test with test_BandwidthHandler looks good, and we've had a nice review here from @lugrazet, so I'll go ahead and merge. The PRConfig MR doesnt have to go in at the same time, and may require testing.
