Goes with LHCbNightlyConf!1132 (merged), lhcb/Moore!2845 (merged) and lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!372 (merged)

Here we just remove any reference to this test as one that could possibly be running.

            What is the difference between Moore_spruce_bandwidth and Moore_spruce_latest_bandwidth?

            Different input files essentially. Moore_spruce_bandwidth is a HLT2 Full stream output produced by hand a month or two ago. Moore_spruce_latest_bandwidth uses the Full-stream output from the latest lhcb-master Moore_hlt2_bandwidth test. The upshot of the former is that it can run over more events.

            The latter is a new development that we'll advertise soon.
