WIP: disable verification for all HTTPS calls

This is to fix <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:661)> showing up while opening connection to LHCbPR api since 17th of May.

Invalid certificate was the reason of the error, so I'm closing it.
