Avoid clashes of build id on a slot started many times

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci/LbNightlyTools:fix-gaudi-mr-race into prepare-for-new-jenkins

make sure that when a slot is started many times at the same time, each build gets a different build it (useful in particular for the special slot lhcb-gaudi-mrege)
