Allow Atlas to be in the minor version number

I don't like it but it's needed for https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/Gen/MadgraphData/-/tags

I've excluded Atlas from the min_version group though I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Alternative fix ideas welcome!
