Please, describe here the proposed changes.

Release checklist (to be filled by the shifter)

• release build validation (to be checked with the MR author)
• RPMs deployment
• CVMFS installation
• web pages update

Looks like the build of LHCb is failing: https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/release/lhcb-release/4008/LHCb/x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc11-opt/build

The problem is that lhcb/LHCb!3870 (merged) must be included

https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/release/lhcb-release/4011/ looks good to me. The failing tests are failing in lhcb-run2-patches too, so I would assume this is good to go.

@masmith, if you agree, can you check the release build validation box, please?

The build https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/release/lhcb-release/4012/ is good. I'll deploy it now.
