fix the filtering of re-fitted PVs

Adds RefitPVs=True to the PV filter, see this MR

@cburr I tried to test the fix in your repo but the pipeline doesn't run. So, I just ran a test locally (for this) and it seems to work fine. The only issue is that I can't find anymore which particular job failed to test this fix 😳

If it is possible, would be great to have productions with this fix included, instead of those that are currently waiting to be approved. Let me now what I could do to have this version in production. Thanks
