Analysis productions for Lb->pKtaumu (supersedes !898)

2016+2017+2018 ntuples for Lb -> pKtaumu LFV analysis.

This merge request supersedes !898 (merged) (which includes 2016 simulation samples and with a previous stripping) and the superseded ntuples can be deleted after the new merge request is finalised.
