Draft: Processing of 2024 minbias MC for Ks tracking monitoring

Running of HLT1, HLT2 and tupling on 2024 conditions minimum bias MC for reference samples in the Ks tracking monitoring (see lhcb/MooreOnline#64 (closed)). It is intended that these results will be used for comparison to data in online monitoring.
