Xib and Ks BKG samples for Lb2Lll angular analysis

This production is using files that have been successfully used for the production of the muon mode MC samples. (No electron samples will be processed) This merge request has added now in the yaml file additional samples for the background studies of the Lb2Lll angular analysis which is part of the RD working group. Edit: Had to remove the uncommented old samples as they were leading to the pipeline immediately failing. Tried different configurations, till removing everything but did not change anything else. So should run smoothly.
