Resubmission of KPiMuE MC (supersedes !86)

This production is needed to study the dilepton object and the selection efficiency for KPiMuE. This is needed for the search of LFV decays in four-body charm decays. In the previous production was the dilepton object missing and the wrong charge assigned to WS and RS.
