Produce realistic 2023 MC with conditions equivalent to data with loosened cuts

  • run over 2023 realistic MC
  • use Moore/v45r16 to be equivalent to data
  • include BeamLineOffset in both Allen and Moore
  • include looser trackchi2 cuts in SeedMuon line
  • run over both tracking efficiency (to be compared to !1064 (merged)) and hadronic interaction (to be compared to !745 (merged))
