Sexaquarks MC samples, with isolation

Patrick Koppenburg requested to merge pkoppenb/Sexaquark into master

Sexaquarks in \Xi_b^0\to S\bar{p}K^+

Stripping re-run on inclusive b and signals for 2016, 2017 and 2018 data using SexaquarkbBaryonToKAndp Line

Signal channels:

  • \Sigma_b^{\pm} \to \Lambda_b^0\pi^{\pm}
  • \Xi_b^{(*,')-} \to \Xi_b^0\pi^{-}
  • and then the b-baryon goes to
  • S\bar{p}K^-
  • \Lambda\Lambda\bar{p}K^-
  • \Xi^0n\bar{p}K^-

Output

Produces 4 nTuples

  • \Xi_b^0\to S\bar{p}K^+ straight from the stripping with non-reconstructed S
  • \Xi_b^{'-}\to \Xi_b^0 \pi^- with \Xi_b^0\to S\bar{p}K^+ and tagging pion
  • \Xi_b^0\to \Lambda\Lambda\bar{p}K^+ adding two hyperons
  • \Xi_b^{'-}\to \Xi_b^0 \pi^- with \Xi_b^0\to \Lambda\Lambda\bar{p}K^+ and tagging pion

Note that the stripping calls the head \Lambda_b^0 and thus some particle names are changed.

Same as !1032 (merged) with isolation added, and also running on signal MC. Hence it supersedes !1032 (merged).

For @adoheny .

Instructions

When creating your merge request:

  • Add a label for your WG
  • Mark as "Draft:" until you're happy with the CI results
  • If the merge request supersedes a previous one, add a comment at the end of the header: (supersedes !<MR number>). Please state explicitly in the description if the superseded ntuples can be deleted immediately, or after the new merge request is finalised

When ready:

  • Remove the "Draft:" from the title:
  • Assign the merge request to you working group's DPA/RTA liaison

To find your working group's DPA/RTA liaison, see this page:
