[TEST] Example production workflow showing MC processing+tupling and DATA tupling
This AP shows how to run the MC->HLT1->HLT2->Spruce->FTuple chain alongside the Spruced_DATA->FTuple.
With our best estimate, reproduces all HLT1->HLT2 from the early data-taking and the sprucing step for all 3 production streams (Full-stream, TurCal-stream, Turbo-stream).
The format + workflow of the AP itself is the point, the options used here may become out of date and may not be updated.
For information:
- bkk paths
- for MC speak to your simulation liaison if you're unsure. This example uses
expected2024.Q1.2
- for DATA see: https://mattermost.web.cern.ch/lhcb/pl/5euc6jbouib4byuf6nr47dbqco
- for MC speak to your simulation liaison if you're unsure. This example uses
- new scripts
- For now, see: https://rjhunter-docs.web.cern.ch/tutorials/running_over_expected24_simulation.html
- Moore docs will include this shortly
- Spruce and SprucePass options were updated in this MR to use
lbexec
instead ofgaudirun.py
-> Simplifies binds. This will follow to Moore shortly.
- Flagging mode for HLT1 is being added via lhcb/Moore!3219
- Flagging mode for Hlt2 can probably be hacked like https://mattermost.web.cern.ch/lhcb/pl/gq9dx8aagfgrdkhf1c8jodqdhw
- For now, see: https://rjhunter-docs.web.cern.ch/tutorials/running_over_expected24_simulation.html
- new Moore releases etc.
ToDo:
-
In a transitory stage while setting up the 2024 specific information from the previous 2023 specific information -
Update link to docs once Moore gets fixed
