Updated version of AP for B2KDarkScalar, DarkScalar2hh (hh = KK, pipi)

AP has been edited to process MC and other changes made to how the data is processed as well as obselete code being removed

• B^+ \rightarrow K^+ \chi( \rightarrow hh), where \chi represents a long-lived dark scalar
• hh: K^+K^- and \pi^+\pi^-
