XicpStSt -> LcKpi production Run2 2016 Data + 16 MC

Analysis Production for

Xic**+ --> Lambda_c+ K- pi+

These options have been rewritten from scratch, use the latest DaVinci/v45r8 and take advantage of Combine3BodySelection for a CPUTime-efficient production (particularly thanks to Combination12Cut).

No memory leaks appear to be present from the test jobs.

Size of the tuples has been reduced so far by loosely cutting to select an intermediate resonance.

2016 MU+MD - would like to set as priority 1a in the YAML as a Masters student needs these tuples ASAP. If this is too high we can mark it 1b and mark the other years slightly lower
