New 2024 V0+mumu/ee data and MC samples (in context of RD analyses) (supersedes part of !1247)

Mick Mulder requested to merge mmulder/Lb2JpsiL_2024 into master
  • New MC samples: Bd/Lb -> Jpsi(->mumu/ee) Ks/L0
  • New data samples: MagUp (previously only MagDown); now separating OK from UNCHECKED.
  • New data samples: Sprucing 24c2, with UT included.

I will make sure to archive the previous samples after finishing this run.
