Production for expected-2024 MC for B->Dh,D->KsPiPi, for use in my analysis.

This was based on scripts in !838 (merged) and !1371 (merged). I've updated the HLT2 bindings to include the UT (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/master/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options/hlt2_pp_thor_with_UT.py?ref_type=heads).
