Lb lc ds run3 (supersedes !1545)

Piet Nogga requested to merge Lb_LcDsRun3 into master

Same as MR!1545. I did not add a filter so the production was buggy. Everything should be in place now.

Any produced tuples can be removed (I also archived the production).
