Data and MC production for D→hhɣ with ɣ→ee conversions (supersedes !1083 and !1182 )

Fixed a bug that was preventing downstream electrons to be processed. The AP supresedes !1083 (merged) and !1182 (merged) The superseded tuples can be deleted after the new MR is finalised.
