produce MC for tracking efficiency lines with necessary corrections to Rec (overwrite !1593)

overwrites !1593 (merged) to

  • include lhcb/Rec!4050 (merged) and lhcb/Rec!4047 (merged)
  • include last and first state of daughter tracks to get position in muon chambers
  • add MC_RECONSTRUCTIBLE & MC_RECONSTRUCTED information to probe
  • add MCDecayTree for both charges
