All run2 data for the top xsec and asymmetry

FYI @hyin @dzuliani @lsestini @mexu This MR was used to study top production cross-section and charge asymmetry using the mu+jet channel which filters all run2 data(2015-2018). This MR also obtains the Z+jet as a background. It relates the WMuLine, Z02MuMuLine, and StdHltJets lines and outputs the mujet and mumujet tuples.
