Run3 AP (post JunTS) for gamma/pi0 reconstruction performance checks.

This AP is made for pi0/gamma performance checks (mass shift, resolution...) in various kinematic ranges, including lines from PID calib (neutral PID lines), b2cc (jpsiX0 lines), and bnoc (hhpi0 lines). Supersedes !1734 (merged) with all runs in c2 and c3
