B-for-spectroscopy line study for S24C2, S24c3MD

This MR is for tupling the output of B-for-Spectroscopy selection lines, which are one of the most bandwidth-consumption general lines in B&Q WG (It is reasonable as they are expected to be used for multiple types of b-hadron related excited/exotic studies).

Output will be forwarded to line authors/data users/volunteers, to find a way to tighten the selection with a minimal impact on efficiency.

Different decays of Bd, Bu, Bs, Bc, Lb, Xib, Omegab are used the these selection lines. (hopefully) All of them are included in this AP. Each decay mode contribute to a single TDirectory in the output root file.
