BdsToVV Run 3 update 2024 data tuples

This production relates to the BdsToVV HLT2 lines for 2024 data.

This tuples 24c2 -- 24c4 for MagUp and MagDown for the following lines:

  • Hlt2BnoC_BdsToKstzKstzb
  • Hlt2BnoC_BdsToKstzPhi
  • Hlt2BnoC_BdsToKstzRho
  • Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiRho
  • Hlt2BnoC_BdsToRhoRho

Some data tuples already exists for the above lines which will be marked for archival once this production is accepted as this version will supersede all the 2024 data tuples under BdsToVVand4H_run3_checks.
