Update smog2 data production (supersedes !1309, !1404, !1217, !1198)

To do:

  • Test new DaVinci version v64r12
  • Add nPVtracks information
  • Add nUThits per track information
  • Update closest to beam functors (which now should work)
  • Check correct DQ flag (is all smog2 data flagged?)
  • Check if new hlt2 lines are needed
  • Add HLT2 TisTos in Full for Jpsi line
  • Add track refitting
  • Add Unbiased proton and pi0->gamma gamma information to minbias tuple
  • Double check that all needed variables are there
  • List which APs this new AP superseeds
