Bnoc BuKst0Kst data Ntuple, run1&run2 DD and LL Reco

Shan Liu requested to merge ShanLiu/BuKst0Kst into master

B2Kst0Kst samples are produced for run1&run2, MagUp and MagDown polarities, LL and DD reconstructions.

These Ntuples are needed for the measurement of the branching fraction of B2Kst0Kst.

In this time I added TrackScaleState.
