Draft: Add 2016 AmpGen D02KKpipi production
The MC generated with event type 27265008 was apparently never processed. It comprises of ~6M D^0 \to K^- K^+ \pi^- \pi^+ events. This production uses the same DaVinci script that was used to create the other D^0 \to h^- h^+ h^- h^+ events, e.g., 27265009.
