Update to deltagammad_run2 production, supersedes !1763

Optimized new cuts for deltaGammaD Run 2 production. Previous cuts were too loose for Kstar events and too tight for Kshort events. Additionally new DTF configurations are added where a substitution is made from Kstar/Kshort to D0 in order to de-bias the lifetime measurement of the Bd.

Merge also adds productions for 2016 and 2017 as well as multiple sim versions for MC.

This merge supersedes the previous one(!1763 (merged)) and the old data can be deleted once this is finished.
