Draft: Updating MCDecayTree code

Angel Campoverde requested to merge acampove/rd_ap_2024_MC_W31_34_mcdecaytree into acampove/rd_ap_2024_MC_W31_34_check_samples

Description

This MR will:

  • Move FIELDS (i.e. strings used to match decay) into a YAML file
  • Replace the binding strategy with a single mc_alg function that will handle the MCTuple making for all decays
