Several updates to

1- rerun turcal_rawbanks for tracking studies

2- update all the MC processing machinery using configurations from yaml files (@acampove )

3- add many modes MCDecayTree tupling support (to be revisited)

4- add analysis-lines group and samples mapping to analysis of interest.
