Re-strip some tuples and fix CondDB tags (partially supersedes !215, fully supersedes !204, !202, !194)

This request will supersede almost all previous tuples produced so far for this analysis (see complete list below).

It was found that TupleToolVtxIsoln variables add good discriminating power to the MVA Selection so this tuple tool has been added to all of the MC samples and data runs.

Additionally, an errant line (used for collision data, but should not be left in for MC) overwrote the CondDB tags for MC to be Sim10 Smog which is incorrect (but in data just sets the tags to use the latest).

The DST MC background samples are also now re-stripped to remove PID cuts.

Finally, there are some new ntuples for signal MC (13104006) (fixed 11-16 finished generating, can now be tuplised) and phase space MC (13104094) (11-16 finished but 17-18 still generating).

The below ntuples described as obsolete can be removed immediately.
