[XicpStStToXicpPiPi] Run 2 2016 Data + MC production with COSPOL.

Needed for further physics studies. 2017-2018 to come in a later production. Should be considerably smaller than the initial data production as many un-needed branches and trees removed.

This doesn't effectively supersede any previous productions, as previous productions contain all the classifier training samples and should be kept.
