KS SMOG2 tracking efficiencies

Tuples to evaluate tracking efficiency with KS with smog from minbias data, using long, upstream and donwstream tracks.

Includes also VELO-long lines including long track information to do matching (currently only for simulation, no info available for data so far).

Includes tuples for data and simulation, running on sprucing 24cX (nominal beam energy) and data from pp reference run.
