AP for J/psi pi pi, J/psi -> mu+ mu- exclusive production

Run 1/2 data (dedicated stripping for 2011-2016 and low-mult stream for 2017-2018) and X/psi(2S) particle-gun MC (for all years except 2017/18 MC where the MC does not exist yet.)
{X,psi(2S)} -> J/psi pi+ pi-

Also saves mu+ mu- candidates for study of the efficiency and efficacy of the Herschel veto.
