Draft: Processing B->D(KsPiPi)h MC

Processing MC for B->D(KsPiPi)h for the new Block 1 MC with corrected Allen sequence, along with Blocks 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

This uses the same DaVinci options script as in our previous AP, !2086 (merged)
